Our Refund/Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason please note we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions (see below). You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund. If you did not purchase with cash, we will deduct the commission amount charged to us by issuing banks or paypal.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items, stock clearance items, and special offer items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded – for example collar tags, latte mugs, notebooks
• Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send email to info@spca-penang.net with your order number, date of purchase, item code of product you wish to return or get refunded, and reason for return/exchange. You can include any photos you might consider to be relevant.

Please note we may pass shipping charges on to you.
