We don't like to receive reports of pets getting lost just because  the pet ran out of the house when the gate or door was ajar or for some other reason. SPCA and thepresent.com.my are collaborating in helping pet owners to make ID tags for their pets. Our aim is to prevent your pet from getting lost as well as to fundraise to help SPCA maintain its services towards animal welfare.

With the tag worn on your pet, any finder will be able to help reunite them with their owners. Below is a revised list of tags available. To place your orders, you can call us on 042816559 or kindly visit our online shop.

Adoption Highlights

April was a month of smiles for us at the shelter as we saw our long staying resident "MILKY" click with her adopter and get herself adopted. Milky (top left in photo below)  was at the SPCA for more than 2 years. Our adoptions for April rose to sixteen comprising nine dogs and seven cats.

Visits & Community Service

Our cats and dogs are always happy and full of energy to receive the many visitors going through their 'temporary home' pleading 'let me out'. In April, we had visitors from the Inner Wheel Club of Penang and Methodist Boys School Form 6th Society presenting their donations of pet food to the shelter. We hope to receive a continuous flow of donations in cash, kind and in service.
